Low Carb Chocolate Mocha Shake. A delicious and healthy shake you can make at home! #lowcarb #keto #paleo #glutenfree #grainfree #dairyfree #sugarfree

I LOVE a good shake! Which is weird, because I hate being cold, and shakes make me cold!!

However, there is just something about sipping on a delicious and healthy drink that makes me feel good and fills me up.

I’m not a huge coffee drinker, I only have it once a week on lazy Sunday mornings. I’m not against putting coffee in a shake though, especially when mixed with chocolate. Mocha is one of my favourite flavours.

My husband hates mocha flavour, which is such a drag when I want to make a mocha-flavoured dessert. So, I’m left to enjoy it on my own, which is why I created this Low Carb Chocolate Mocha Shake.

Low Carb Chocolate Mocha Shake.

As you can see, I topped mine off with a generous amount of coconut whip and some dark chocolate chips! I mean, why not make it fancy and extra delicious?!

You can have this shake any time of day, just make sure to cool your coffee first! So if you want it for breakfast, make your cup of coffee the night before and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

And don’t forget to check out my secret ingredient that makes this shake extra creamy and smooth!

Enjoy.
