Apple’s heart rate monitoring technology has come under fire after Anne Arbor, Michigan-based Omni MedSci filed a lawsuit against the tech giant for patent infringement. The suit — which was filed in US District Court, Eastern District Texas, Marshall Division — alleges that Apple willfully infringed on patent pending laser technology developed by Omni MedSci’s principal, Dr.
