A delicious and healthy dinner idea! These Sloppy Joes will have the whole family asking for more.
I’m so happy to bring this recipe back!
You see, when I transferred over my old website to my new site, I lost a couple of recipes (or maybe I accidentally deleted a few?) Either way, I’ve had people messaging me asking for this Sloppy Joe recipe.
Why?
Because it’s that good! It’s become a family favourite of ours, and apparently, a family favourite of yours too.
I love these Healthy Sloppy Joes because it’s a great way to sneak more veggies into your kids. I’m not sure about you, but I’ve got one picky eater when it comes to vegetables.
You see all those veggies? They are inside these Sloppy Joes, but you would NEVER know it. The sweet sauce masks the flavour of the veggies.
I like to serve these on whole wheat buns, but you could also top a baked potato or sweet potato with the Sloppy Joe filling. Either way, it’s a delicious meal the whole family will love.
