Lemon Orzo

Cook Time15 minutes
Instructions

Cook orzo according to package directions.

In a serving bowl, mix together yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon zest, and salt.

When orzo is finished cooking, drain and add to yogurt mixture. Add tomatoes and basil and toss together.

Serve warm or place in fridge for a couple of hours and serve cold. Either way, it's delicious!
