Lemon Orzo

Ingredients
- 1cup uncooked orzo
- 1/2cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1clove garlicminced
- zest of one lemon
- sprinkle of sea salt
- 12 grape tomatoeshalved
- 5 basil leavesfinely chopped
Instructions

Cook orzo according to package directions.

In a serving bowl, mix together yogurt, Parmesan cheese, garlic, lemon zest, and salt.

When orzo is finished cooking, drain and add to yogurt mixture. Add tomatoes and basil and toss together.

Serve warm or place in fridge for a couple of hours and serve cold. Either way, it's delicious!
