I have been waiting to share this recipe with you!!

I am a huge lover of hot chocolate! I have to admit, I used to drink hot chocolate made with the powder out of a can. I know, I know…I had no idea what I was missing.

Sometimes I’ll order hot chocolate from a coffee shop, but really, who wants to pay over $5 for a hot chocolate that isn’t even HOT!

So, I thought why not make my own at home instead…from scratch!

But of course, I wanted to make it dairy free (since I don’t drink cow’s milk) and sugar free (since I don’t consume sugar.)

Oh my gosh, this is one of my favourite beverages to have, especially when it’s cold outside.

It’s creamy, chocolatey, and absolutely delicious. It’s up to you if you want to add the collagen peptides. They don’t taste like anything, so it won’t change the flavour, but it will add some healthy protein for building strong hair and nails 🙂

Add some coconut whipped cream on top and you’ve got yourself a healthy little treat.
